Brian leads FGMK’s Advisory Practice. He has over 30 years of business experience helping companies transform to their next level of performance by bringing a full suite of advisory services including: Transactions Services; Business Risk, Valuation & Forensics; and Operations Performance Improvement across all business functions – Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Human Capital, and Information Technology.
Functionally, Brian has worked with over 500 clients globally supporting acquisitions, carve-outs, operational performance improvement, restructuring, and turnarounds. He brings a unique perspective as a former CEO and COO, working with executive teams and company boards to bring practical solutions to deliver measurable EBITDA value. Further, Brian has extensive global business expertise working throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa (“EMEA”), Asia-Pacific (“APAC”), and Latin America (“LATAM”). He understands how to operate within foreign business practices and their cultural norms, where he helps clients set-up new operations or joint ventures, acquire or divest foreign entities, streamline existing operations and align cultures to grow shareholder value.
Brian’s industry experience includes public and private companies operating in highly regulated environments: food and beverage financial services, healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, and technology sectors; along with the consumer goods sector in automotive, electronics, and retail sectors.
Prior to joining FGMK, Brian began his career working at General Motors, Aso Corporation, and Nypro where he held various management and executive roles. He has also held advisory leadership positions at Grant Thornton, Blossom Growth Partners, AT Kearney, and Alvarez & Marsal.
