Adam specializes in the planning and preparation of federal and state tax forms for corporate, passthrough, and individual clients, with a larger focus on corporate entities. He regularly performs research and response projects on ad hoc tax topics for new legislation releases in the industry and for specific client situations.
Prior to joining FGMK in 2022, Adam was a tax manager at Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. in their domestic research and planning group, focusing on tax planning opportunities, analysis of new legislative updates, transfer pricing, and compliance.
