Chris is a Managing Director in FGMK’s Advisory Services Practice, focusing on strategy and performance improvement. He has more than 30 years of experience as both a management consultant and operations executive. Chris has worked with numerous manufacturing and distribution businesses to improve performance through organic expansion, acquisitions, streamlined and effective processes, restructured operations, and refocused product/customer portfolios.

Chris’ expertise includes business strategy, supply chain management, distribution and logistics, manufacturing and warehousing footprint, customer, product and channel strategies, overhead cost efficiency, IT alignment to business requirements, post-merger integration, and change management.

Chris joined FGMK in 2013. Previously, as a partner at Accenture and principal at Booz & Co., he worked with some of the world’s leading manufacturers of engineered products to develop and implement strategies for profitable growth in mature industries. He also served as a senior supply chain executive at Whirlpool and Tenaris where he created more agile end-to-end supply chains with rationalized warehousing footprints, improved order fill rates and reduced inventory, and improved customer support.
