Chris is a Director in FGMK’s Audit and Accounting Practice. He has over 10 years of experience performing audit and accounting services for small, domestic to large, multi-national businesses. His primary area of expertise includes financial statement audits of private equity-backed technology, service, and cannabis companies, with a focus on preparing companies for exit. In addition, Chris has served a key role in audit engagements for companies in the process of going public and participating in audit engagements of public companies and interim reviews of financial statements to be included in public filings.

He performs financial statement audits for distribution, manufacturing, and retail companies, as well as benefit plan audits, reviews, compilations, and agree upon procedures.

Prior to joining FGMK in 2017, Chris held roles as an audit manager at BDO and senior audit associate at Crowe.
