Gennadiy is a Director in FGMK’s Tax Practice with more than 10 years of experience providing tax planning, compliance, and consulting services to family owned, privately held businesses and their owners. He has extensive experience advising clients on sophisticated transactions and tax structuring to help them achieve their financial goals in a tax-efficient manner.
Gennadiy focuses on building strong working relationships with his clients and serves as a trusted advisor for clients in the hospitality, manufacturing and distribution, private equity, professional services, real estate, and restaurant industries.
Prior to joining FGMK in 2017, Gennadiy spent 5 years working for Plante Moran and 3 years at KPMG in their financial services practices specializing in flow-through entities.
