Joel is a Director in FGMK’s Family Office Practice with over 25 years of experience serving high-net-worth family offices.

Joel’s family office experience includes preparing and managing the day-to-day accounting and cash flow of family business companies. He has extensive experience reviewing annual federal and state tax returns of partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations. He has also been involved in the review of legal documents related to structural organization and liquidation of closely held companies.

Prior to joining FGMK in 2021, Joel served for 17 years as a Vice President/Director of a prominent high-net-worth family office and consulting firm based in Chicago. Joel started his career at a small-sized CPA firm in Chicago specializing in individual and small business tax returns.
