Joe is a Partner in FGMK’s Advisory Services Practice. He has over 20 years of experience providing consulting services to clients on deals ranging in size from $25 million to $1 billion. Joe has experience providing a variety of services, including financial due diligence investigations, deal structuring, purchase price allocation, working capital dispute resolutions, and post-merger integration, covering geographies throughout North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
Joe’s industry expertise includes construction, financial services, franchise operations, manufacturing and distribution, oilfield services, retail, software as a service (SaaS), transportation/logistics, and specialty chemicals.
Prior to joining FGMK in 2021, Joe served as a managing director at Crowe. He previously worked at Rand McNally and at Deloitte.
