Justin is a Partner in FGMK’s Tax Practice with over 22 years of experience consulting for family offices and middle-market closely held businesses. In addition to helping clients manage ongoing business and individual tax compliance issues, he regularly advises his clients on proposed transactions, review of organizational documents for tax issues, and provides guidance on current and proposed tax law changes.

Justin consults with his clients from both a business and tax perspective. He has industry expertise in distribution, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, hospitality, manufacturing, real estate, and service industries.

Prior to joining FGMK as a Partner in 2024, Justin was a partner in CohnReznick’s private client services group and a partner at Wipfli.
