Kirsten is a Director in FGMK’s Audit and Accounting Practice. She has over 30 years of experience providing accounting and assurance services to not-for-profit, higher education, public sector, financial institutions, real estate, and employee benefit plan clients.
Kirsten has extensive experience providing compliance-based assurance services in a variety of industries including uniform guidance, HUD audits for multi-family and lenders, financial aid, and other regulated industries.
Prior to joining FGMK in 2015, Kirsten was a partner at Plante Moran in their assurance practice, where she led the professional standards team for the not-for-profit group and served as a member of the professional standards team for the employee benefits practice.
