Mark provides tax and financial consulting to manufacturing, distribution, real estate, and professional services clients. He advises companies about structuring operations and obtaining financing and helps clients resolve issues related to foreign ownership.
Mark began his career at a Chicago firm that merged with Arthur Andersen, and also served as an officer and director of the U.S. subsidiary of a large international industrial company. He merged his practice with FGMK in 2004.
