Michael is a Managing Director in FGMK’s Consulting Practice. He has over 25 years of experience as both a management consultant and an operations leader. He has worked with numerous clients across a variety of industry sectors including manufacturing, distribution, insurance, non-profit, and healthcare to improve performance through acquisition, divestiture, streamlined operations, cost reduction, and supply chain optimization.
Michael’s expertise includes business strategy, supply chain management, distribution, and logistics, network strategy and design, cost reduction, software selection, and requirements definition, post-merger integration, carve outs, and change management.
Prior to joining FGMK in 2017, Michael served as a key practitioner and thought leader in the strategy and operations practices at KPMG and A.T. Kearney. Michael has worked with some of the world’s leading companies to develop and implement strategies to improve performance and reduce cost.
