Michael is a Partner in FGMK’s Entrepreneurial Services Practice. He has over 30 years of experience in accounting, consulting and tax-related issues of closely held businesses. He has significant experience assisting clients with corporate acquisitions, including the due diligence process. Additionally, having owned his own business, Michael has the personal expertise to consult with clients from an owner’s perspective.

His industry expertise includes real estate, service businesses, distribution, retail, manufacturing, and high-net-worth individuals.

Michael began his public accounting career in 1978. In 1989, Michael founded and managed Kach Hartman Ltd., until 2002, when he merged his firm with FGMK.
