He provides accounting, audit, consulting, and due diligence services to small and middle-market companies across a wide variety of industries including cannabis, construction, contractors, equipment financing, manufacturing and distribution, real estate, retail, and transportation and logistics.
The scope of his professional engagements includes planning, performance, supervision and management of financial statement audits and reviews, financial report writing, researching and applying technical accounting matters for respective clients, and application of purchase accounting.
