Norm is a Partner in FGMK’s Tax Practice. He has over 40 years of experience in consulting with middle-market closely held businesses to achieve tax-efficient operations. In addition to helping clients manage ongoing business and individual tax compliance issues, he regularly advises his clients on the tax implications of proposed transactions, reviews organizational structures for tax minimization, and provides guidance on current and proposed tax law changes.

Norm also consults with his clients from both a business and tax perspective. He has industry expertise in manufacturing, distribution, service industries, real estate, merger and acquisition, and high-net-worth individuals.

Norm joined FGMK as a Partner in 2003. Norm was formerly a senior managing director in Deloitte’s tax services group and partner at Klayman and Korman.
