Randy is a Partner in FGMK’s Tax Practice who helps clients achieve their business and personal financial goals in a tax-efficient manner. He serves as leader of FGMK’s Real Estate Department and is a member of FGMK’s Executive Committee.

His expertise includes business advice and income tax planning for closely held businesses, business and income tax strategies for clients in the real estate industry (including developers, operators and investors), business planning for acquisition and dispositions, tax-free exchange, enterprise entity structuring and succession, cost segregation and depreciation as well as income tax and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals.

Randy has authored numerous articles on income tax planning strategies and has spoken at conferences on tax planning. His industry expertise includes real estate, construction, hospitality, manufacturing, distribution, food, and professional services.

Prior to merging his practice with FGMK in 2003, Randy was a tax partner at Deloitte.
