His experience includes built-in-gain calculations, computing lost profits and other damages, damage claims, financial reporting, marital dissolution, preparing compensation studies for various boards of directors, sale and purchase agreements, shareholder disputes, stock-based compensation, and valuing businesses for the purpose of estate and gift taxes.
