Ryan Chabus is a Solutions Leader in FGMK’s Outsourced Financial Solutions Practice with 15+ years of corporate accounting and finance experience.

He specializes in controllership, audit readiness, payroll operations, and financial systems implementation, including ERP and expense management platforms.

Prior to joining FGMK in 2025, Ryan served as Vice President, Controller at LaSalle Network, where he led accounting, payroll, and receivables.


Lawrence Casas is a seasoned CFO with nearly 20 years of experience leading accounting and finance functions through growth and change, with experience overseeing cross-functional teams including IT and operations.

He brings deep expertise in financial reporting, operational process improvement, and building weekly and monthly financial systems that improve visibility into performance.

Lawrence has also led private equity sale readiness and sell-side due diligence, supporting successful transactions and long-term value creation.
