Barry was one of the Founding Partners of FGMK. From 1978-2008 Barry co-managed the Firm and was the Chairman of the Executive Committee. During the 1980’s, he managed the expansion and growth of FGMK and its affiliated entities.

Barry serves as FGMK’s Chairman Emeritus and is a proactive advisor recognized for bringing clarity to business operations, work-out and restructuring situations, as well as for his strategic tax and business operations expertise. In addition, Barry has been instrumental as an expert witness, coordinating the litigation efforts for firms and clients including valuation, forensics, and audit functions.

Barry’s industry experience includes healthcare, legal and professional services, manufacturing, commodities, and securities.

Since 1974, he has helped FGMK grow from a staff of five into one of Chicago’s top 10 accounting and advisory firms.
