As a Partner in FGMK’s Audit and Accounting Practice, Elan provides a wide range of services for privately held businesses and entrepreneurs. He leads both PCAOB and AICPA financial statement audits and reviews as well as provides income tax planning and consulting. In addition, he helps clients with complex accounting issues, business operations consulting, “closing the books” for year-end purposes, and income tax planning.

Elan strives to make sure that the FGMK’s clients receive the best service and ensures that communication and responding timely is of upmost importance.

His industry expertise includes advertising and promotion, architectural and engineering, construction contractors, distribution, employee benefit plans, including 11-K filings, information technology firms, investment bankers, professional service firms, real estate developers, registered investment advisors, retailers, and restaurants.

Additionally, Elan works on broker-dealers and future commission merchants. He holds a Series 99 License from FINRA.

Elan began his career at FGMK in 1997 and was promoted to Partner in 2008. Elan is also FGMK’s Employee Benefit Plan Designated Audit Quality Partner.
