Howard is a Partner in FGMK’s Tax Practice and has over 25 years of tax and accounting consulting experience with various businesses including eCommerce, healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, real estate, technology, and transportation. He also represents high-net-worth individuals and family trusts. Howard’s focus is on obtaining maximum tax efficiencies for clients.
Howard represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, tax controversies and managing ongoing business and personal matters. He regularly consults with flow-through entities (LLCs, Partnerships, S-corporations) and C-corporations.
Prior to joining FGMK in 2007, Howard worked as a principal with an international accounting firm, a CFO for a software company, and a Treasurer of a public transportation company.
