Lawrence is a Solutions Leader in FGMK’s Advisory Services Practice with extensive experience scaling middle-market organizations and leading advanced financial operations in private-equity backed environments.
Lawrence is focused on giving clients rigorous accounting discipline, timely reporting, and forward-looking, decision-support analytics. This includes monthly reporting packages, cash forecasting, KPI measurement frameworks, budgeting cadence, and leadership support at both the executive and board level. His experience includes building and institutionalizing sophisticated forecasting models, unit-economic KPI dashboards, and multi-location P&L management. He has overseen tax planning/filings with external advisors, structured AE incentive analytics and compensation modeling, directed bank covenant management, and built the Analytics Center of Excellence (ACE), a comprehensive reporting architecture spanning Snowflake, Tableau, and Excel-based executive dashboards.
Prior to joining FGMK in 2025, Lawrence served as CFO at LaSalle Network, a national staffing and recruiting firm.
