Matt is a Partner in FGMK’s Audit and Accounting Practice and Quality Control Department with over 22 years of experience that has included SEC filings for large, multi-national public companies, as well as privately held corporations across multiple industries.

Matt’s industry expertise includes public and private company audits in the consumer industrial markets, employee benefit plan, healthcare, insurance, life sciences, and real estate funds sectors.

Prior to joining FGMK in 2023, Matt began his career at KPMG in the audit practice. He also spent time in KPMG’s national office where he gained extensive experience with developing and disseminating audit and accounting technical guidance, evaluating risk assessment procedures, inspecting internal controls and performing quality reviews of both internal and external audits.
