Michael is a Partner in FGMK’s Audit and Accounting Practice and leads the Firm’s Quality Control Department. He has experience with SEC filings for large, multi-national public companies, as well as privately held corporations across multiple industries. He specializes in auditing and inspecting accounting estimates, including entity and intangible valuations.

Michael’s industry expertise includes public and private company audits in the airline, aerospace and defense, employee benefit plan, manufacturing, medical device and pharmaceutical, not-for-profit, oil and gas, real estate, and technology sectors.

Prior to joining FGMK in 2017, Michael began his career at Deloitte in the audit practice and later transitioned to the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), serving in the Division of Registration and Inspections. In these roles, Michael gained extensive experience with evaluating risk assessment procedures, inspecting internal controls and conducting assessments of a firm’s system of quality control.
