Mike is a Partner in FGMK’s Audit and Accounting Practice where he provides accounting, assurance, business advisory, and tax planning services to privately held and private equity-owned middle-market companies. In addition to leading various financial statement assurance engagements and consulting projects, Mike works closely with clients to understand their business and specific needs to develop a pragmatic approach to meeting their financial business goals.
His industry experience includes architecture and engineering, employee benefit plans, healthcare, information technology, manufacturing and distribution, professional service firms, real estate, securities brokers and dealers, technology, and Software-as-a-Service.
Mike began his career at FGMK in 2007 and was promoted to Partner in 2019.
