Seth is a Partner in FGMK’s Advisory Services Practice. He has more than 25 years of experience providing valuation, transaction advisory, and dispute consulting services. Seth has led a wide variety of international and domestic assignments for Fortune 500 public companies, middle-market companies, law firms, and financial institutions.

Seth’s experience includes providing independent financial opinions and financial due diligence support on acquisition targets, leading numerous tax and financial reporting valuations for industrial, consumer, business services and pharmaceutical companies, serving as a valuation expert on the break-up and settlement of a $15 billion industrial conglomerate, completing a major solvency analysis related to the bankruptcy and associated litigation of a leveraged buyout and serving as an expert witness in financial disputes.

Seth’s industry expertise includes automotive, construction, business services, distribution, energy, financial services, food and beverage, healthcare, industrial, retail and technology, among others.

Prior to joining FGMK in 2013, Seth served in leadership roles at global accounting and advisory firms. He was a partner at KPMG in the economic and valuation services practice, as well as a partner and the national director of valuation services at BDO. He also served as a managing director at Huron Consulting and Willamette Management Associates.
